Our commitment to the authority of Scripture and the sufficiency of the gospel, coupled with a highly qualified and experienced faculty, allows us to train ministry leaders who will strengthen local churches and spread the gospel to Canada and the nations.

A New Home for
Heritage Theological Seminary
Our seminary enrolment has grown significantly, and our current facilities are at capacity. A new seminary building will provide much needed space and raise the profile of the seminary within the Heritage community.
This new facility will contain connected classrooms for live and livestream instruction, inviting places to study or gather over a cup of coffee, a Global Outreach Centre, an auditorium for conferences and banquets, as well as ample faculty offices.
This new home will allow Heritage Theological Seminary to teach and mentor more pastors and leaders dedicated to strengthening the church in our nation and spreading the gospel to all nations.
Upgrade our
Technological Capabilities
In order to deliver the highest quality training, both to students on campus and those at a distance, we will upgrade and expand our computer systems and capabilities.
Enhance our
Existing Campus
To make our campus more welcoming, we plan to upgrade the current property with landscaping, sidewalks, and energy efficient LED lighting. To make our facilities accessible for all our guests and students we plan to install an elevator in our current academic building.
Extend Our Training
Multiply Our Scholarship Funds
In order to send more biblically equipped men and women into the mission of Christ in the world, we aim to significantly expand our scholarship program. Our desire is to help students complete their studies without accumulating heavy financial debt.
Extend Our Distance Learning Options
Through the development of our online programs, Heritage is dedicated to providing quality biblical education options for men and women wherever they live. We will offer a full MTS and MDiv degree online, and also pursue other online-based educational options.
Introduce New Program Offerings
As part of our desire to effectively prepare leaders for the mission of the Church, we are making plans to offer a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree. We are also preparing to offer new specialized Graduate Certificates in church planting and teaching TESOL as a ministry outreach.
Enhance Our
Library
To provide excellent academic support our students, faculty, and graduates, we will upgrade and enhance our library for today•s learning environments. This includes providing online digitized catalogues, journals, and books for both our resident and distance learning students.

Expand Our Impact
Launch the Global Outreach Centre
Out of a desire to spread the gospel to the nations, we are launching a Global Outreach Centre from our new seminary building. This GO Centre will be a catalyst to encourage Heritage students to take part in local outreach and global missions. It will also assist local churches in raising their engagement in missions.
Develop a Ministry Placement Department
To better serve our students and alumni, we envision launching a ministry and career services department to assist current students and graduates in ministry and job placement.
Launch Heritage Seminary Press
To strengthen ministry leaders, we are launching Heritage Seminary Press, with Dr. Michael Haykin as the general editor. Each year we will produce biblically solid, ministry-oriented books written by members of our faculty.
Get the Word Out about Heritage
To increase the number of ministry leaders we train, we will actively get the word out about Heritage. We will also endeavor to enlarge our ministry partnerships with local churches and supportive individuals.
